Job Responsibilities: Coordinating supplier onboarding, qualification, and registration activities Maintaining supplier master data and vendor records within the ERP systems Coordinating day-to-day engagement with suppliers and vendors to support service delivery Monitoring supplier compliance requirements, certifications, and supporting documentation Ensuring supplier documentation remains complete, accurate, and up to date Supporting supplier performance monitoring and performance review activities. Maintaining supplier records and supporting data accuracy requirements. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate supplier service delivery. Supporting the resolution and escalation of supplier-related operational issues Tracking supplier-related issues and supporting timely resolution and escalation Generating supplier governance and vendor management reports Supporting supplier governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Qualifications You’re a strong candidate if you have: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA. 3–5 years of experience: in supplier management, procurement, vendor administration, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in enterprise systems (ERP/SCM) and experience: with procurement analytics tool or power Bi will be an added advantage Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, Six Sigma, etc) will be an advantage. Experience: working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial environments is preferred.
