You will be the representative person of our RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team. You will: Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee the daily operations. Plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce, to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business. Be a strong and professional business leader, ensuring that hotel team members work as a well-functioning team. Operate the hotel in a manner that represents the brand standards and exceed guest expectations. Responsible for actively communicating and executing the company strategies. Play a key role between the central team and the owners Qualifications As a General Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the master plan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.
