The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair activities, ensuring quality service delivery, coordinating technicians, monitoring technical operations, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates with a background in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant HVAC/AC experience. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose complex HVAC-related technical issues and provide appropriate solutions. Monitor the condition and performance of HVAC systems and recommend necessary repairs, replacements, or improvements. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Supervise and coordinate HVAC/AC technicians in carrying out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Ensure maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and required quality standards. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment. Coordinate site inspections and technical assessments where required. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during field operations. Identify potential operational risks and implement appropriate corrective measures. Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management on ongoing activities. Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor their performance and productivity. Ensure all HVAC activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, technical standards, and safety requirements. Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on technical and maintenance matters when required. Review technicians’ reports and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities. Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, maintenance procedures, and technical troubleshooting. Ability to work effectively in a field-based and fast-paced environment.
