We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Finance Analyst Job Location: Benin City, Edo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Finance Analyst with at least 2 years of experience: to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will provide actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis. Monitor financial performance and provide business insights. Support month-end closing and management reporting. Develop financial models and analyze business trends. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience: in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis. FMCG or manufacturing experience: is preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience: is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Salary N400,000 Net monthly.
