Liaise with customers to explain technical issues and solutions. Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and software. Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (engines, transmissions, brakes, electronics). Requirements: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 3–5 years of hands-on experience: in automotive service / repair.
