Oversee the day-to-day operations of tourism, hospitality, lounge, recreational and entertainment facilities. Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming and memorable experience: for guests. Develop and coordinate recreational activities, tours, games, events and other guest experiences. Plan and manage events, special occasions, group visits and corporate bookings. Develop attractive tourism packages, promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Monitor customer feedback, identify areas for improvement and ensure complaints are properly resolved. Supervise tourism and hospitality staff, assign duties and monitor their performance. Ensure that facilities, recreational areas, lounge spaces and guest areas are clean, safe, attractive and properly maintained. Monitor the availability and proper use of hospitality, recreational and gaming equipment and facilities. Ensure compliance with company policies, hospitality standards, health and safety requirements: and applicable gaming regulations. Ensure that all tourism and hospitality activities are delivered professionally and in line with the organisation's brand and standards. Perform any other duties related to tourism, hospitality and recreational operations as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or diploma inTourism Management, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experiencein tourism, hospitality, travel, or destination management. Strong knowledge of tourism operations, travel services, and industry trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities. Experience: in tourism marketing, social media, and business development. Good computer skills and familiarity with tourism or booking systems. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities. Ability to work effectively with customers, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Salary N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
