Key Responsibilities: Replenish kitchen supplies and notify supervisors of low stock levels. Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and storage areas. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Receive, inspect, and properly store food deliveries and kitchen supplies. Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and food preparation areas. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods as required. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently. Assist with setting up and closing down kitchen stations. Requirements: Previous experience: in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel environment is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate.
