The safe, legal, efficient and orderly conduct and execution of each and every Anap Jets Flight. Ensure that all Anap Jets pilots training, license requirements, endorsements and validations are correct, legal and in full compliance with the relevant authorities. Assist in the flight preparation and all operational and flight-related service tasks as per the approved Company operating manuals and Anap Jets Standard Operating Procedures, including procedures, limitations and performance relating to the specific aircraft type. Notify the Accountable Manager and Director of Flight Operations of any variations in approved flight operations in line with Anap Jets Operations and Flight Manuals and in line with international best practice. Conduct Pre-flight inspection to ensure all navigation, safety, aircraft and operating systems are working properly. Report any fault, failure, malfunction or defect which you believe may affect the airworthiness or safe operation of the aircraft including emergency systems. Assume the responsibility and authority of the Pilot in Command where required during the flight and in the event of incapacitation of the other pilot. Maintain current navigation manuals and charts, prepare the weight and balance forms for each flight and ensure that aircraft correct data is used at all times. Maintain up-to-date and valid personal records, e.g. pilot’s license, medical certificates, passports, visas, proficiency checks and any other records applicable to the legal performance of flight duty including adherence to and compliance with the Anap Jets Drug & Alcohol policies. Maintain currency and proficiency on the Anap Jets assigned aircraft type as an active crew member. Adopt a “best-value” approach to all operating costs, ensure that flight costs are monitored, and corporate policies complied with at all times. Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining a continuous and independent check upon both the geographical position of the aircraft and its safe terrain clearance. Supervise fuelling, ground power unit, baggage loading and appropriate servicing of aircraft. Volunteer advice, information and assistance that may contribute towards the safe and efficient conduct of flights. Maintain a high personal standard of discipline, conduct, behaviour and appearance as a representative of Anap Jets Support the Anap Jets team, by active example, in the development and maintenance of high standard of professional expertise, discipline and morale amongst the Crew and other employees. During a Flight Duty Period, update the FMS Nav Database and where applicable, the Jeppesen Charts in accordance with OM-A and/ or the Aircraft Flight Manual. Maintain familiarity with relevant local and international air legislation, aviation practises and procedures and such provisions of the Company Operations Manual as are necessary to fulfil the role and function. Read and acknowledge Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF) prior to commencement of your duties and Flight Crew Memos within 14 days after issue date. Support the overall Anap Jets FZE corporate requirements: outside of your flying duties through your relevant flying and technical expertise. Other duties as specified in the Operations Manual Part A. Any other duties that may be assigned to you in furtherance of optimal safety, service excellence, operational efficiency and corporate needs. Requirements: Commercial Pilot License (CPL). Minimum 900 hours total flight time Hours on type 100.
