Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of all utility systems, including boilers, compressors, chillers, generators, water treatment plants, and HVAC systems. Ensure continuous and efficient supply of utilities to support production activities. Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and operators. Troubleshoot utility-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of utility consumption, maintenance activities, and system performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost reduction strategies. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs. Participate in audits and inspections as required. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in utility operations within an FMCG or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems (steam, compressed air, water systems, refrigeration, power generation). Familiarity with maintenance planning and execution. Good leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
