Developing strategies to raise the customer pool, expand outlet traffic, and optimise profitability. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Meeting the outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Maintain the condition of outstanding outlets and visual merchandising standards. Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies for existing/ potential customers. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc. Requirements: Leading skills and business orientation. Strong organisational skills. Customer management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proven successful experience: as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
