We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: B2B Marketing / Business Development Executive Location: Lagos Job Summary We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Business Development Executive to help build a consistent pipeline of qualified business opportunities for DreamLife Studios. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the right companies, reach decision-makers, create meaningful conversations, qualify opportunities, and generate meetings that can progress into revenue. This is a revenue-facing role combining B2B marketing, market research, prospecting, outbound outreach, lead generation, relationship development, and pipeline management. Key Responsibilities: Book qualified meetings for the CEO and commercial team. Support targeted B2B marketing and account-based initiatives. Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline. Track outreach, conversations, meetings, and opportunities. Provide weekly reports and commercial insights to improve our approach. Qualify prospects based on fit, need, timing, decision-making authority, and commercial potential. Conduct targeted outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp, networking, and other relevant channels. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every active prospect has a clear next action. Write personalized and commercially relevant outreach messages. Research target industries, companies, brands, and decision-makers. Identify companies with potential marketing, content, social media, event, or growth needs. Follow up consistently and nurture early-stage relationships.
