We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Skincare Specialist to join a skincare store located at 161 Ekoro Road, Abulegba. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of skincare products, be able to communicate fluently with customers, and be genuinely ready to commit to the role on a long-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service. Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly to customers. Have a good understanding of skincare products and be able to recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs. Maintain a welcoming and organised store environment. Maintain punctuality and adhere strictly to the agreed working hours. Support the day-to-day operations of the store. Monitor product availability and notify management when stock is running low.
