Recruit, onboard, train, and manage affiliates, influencers, agents, and online sales partners. Develop campaigns, promotions, and incentives that encourage affiliates to actively promote the brand. Provide affiliates with product information, marketing materials, sales scripts, and promotional content. Monitor affiliate-generated leads, traffic, conversions, and sales. Set sales targets for affiliates and monitor performance against targets. Identify and build relationships with high-performing affiliates and influencers. Explore new online channels and communities for promoting the company’s products. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive customer acquisition. Requirements: A minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field. A minimum of 2–5 years of experience: in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, sales, or business development. Proven experience: building and managing an affiliate, agent, influencer, or sales network. Experience: in promoting products through social media and other digital platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce sales processes and customer acquisition. Experience: working with sales targets, commissions, and performance-based campaigns. Ability to analyse sales and marketing performance data. Good knowledge of social media marketing and online promotional strategies.
