We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Position: Ads Specialist Job Location: Nigeria Department: Comms Reports to: Head of Communications / Head of Media Role Summary The Ads Specialist plans, executes, and optimizes paid media campaigns across social and digital platforms to meet client performance goals, working closely with the wider creative team to bring advertising campaigns to life and reporting on ROI. Key responsibilities: Plan and set up paid social and digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to meet KPIs Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance data Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations Collaborate with the Design Lead and Media Specialist on ad creative and formats, ensuring creative is tailored to paid performance Partner with Account Management to align paid campaigns with broader client marketing objectives Stay current on ad platform updates, policy changes, and best practices Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies Requirements: & qualifications 2-4+ years of hands-on paid media/performance marketing experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency Proficiency with major ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) Strong analytical skills with experience: in budget management and ROI reporting Understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and creative testing Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, dashboards) Detail-oriented with strong campaign management discipline.
