We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Capital Raise Analyst Location: Lagos About The Role We’re hiring a Capital Raise Analyst to support fundraising strategy, investor engagement, and deal execution for clients across Africa. You’ll work directly with founders, funds, and senior advisors to prepare investor materials, analyze financials, and structure capital raise efforts from end to end. Key Responsibilities: Prepare investor materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and data rooms Track market trends and funding activity across African markets Conduct financial and market analysis to support capital raise strategies Identify and map relevant investors (VCs, PEs, DFIs, family offices) Work closely with client founders to refine messaging and positioning Support investor outreach, follow-ups, and CRM management Participate in deal structuring, term sheet reviews, and closing support Build financial models, valuation summaries, and fundraising pipelines Requirements: Familiarity with the fundraising lifecycle and investor expectations Excellent writing and presentation skills—clarity and polish matter Comfortable working with early-stage companies and high-growth environments Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple deals at once 2–4 years of experience: in investment banking, venture capital, financial advisory, or startup finance Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills Bonus Points: CFA, ACCA, or similar certifications (not mandatory).
