Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, role design, and organisational structure reviews. Lead recruitment and selection processes across the business, ensuring strong alignment between talent requirements: and operational needs. Strengthen onboarding and integration processes to improve employee experience: and speed to productivity. Own and coordinate the organisation's performance management cycle, ensuring clear objectives, regular feedback, and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of progressive people/HR experience, with meaningful HR generalist or business partnering responsibility. Professional qualifications such as CIPM, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent are strongly preferred. Demonstrable experience: in performance management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Strong understanding of Nigerian employment practices and statutory requirements. Ability to coach, challenge, and influence managers on people-related decisions.
