We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Social Media & Brand Growth Manager (Global Fintech) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time The Role We are not looking for a typical "post-and-reply" social media manager. We are looking for a Brand Builder. You will be the voice of our company across Twitter (X), Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your primary goal is to increase our brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, convert followers into loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions promptly. Turn customers into advocates. Platform Management: Own and manage all social media channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok/LinkedIn where applicable) with a cohesive brand voice. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of viral trends and adapt them to fit our financial brand without losing professionalism. Analytics: Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure our page reach and engagement grows month-over-month. Influencer Outreach: Identify, pitch, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and finance bloggers globally (with a focus on the African diaspora and Canadian expats).
