Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for hotel construction and renovation projects. Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and resolve design and construction challenges in a timely manner. Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, safety standards, and hospitality industry requirements. Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated. Requirements: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimum of 5 years' experience: in architectural design and project management.
