We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales Representative - Retail Electronics Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell the company's electronics products, attract new customers, maintain existing relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, social media, and field marketing. Promote and sell electronics' products to new and existing customers. Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Prepare sales records and reports as required. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Attend to customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Provide accurate information about product features, prices, warranties, and availability. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Management. Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and other sales initiatives. Work with the Inventory and Operations teams to confirm product availability. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of monthly sales targets. Sales revenue generated. Number of new customers acquired. Timely follow-up with prospective customers. Accuracy of sales records and reports. Lead conversion rate. Customer retention and repeat purchases.
