Expertisein equipment alignment (V-belts, pulleys, chains, sprockets) and lubrication systems. Ability to use tools such as welding equipment, grinders, and other workshop tools effectively. In-depth understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and techniques. Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with bearing lubrication, pump servicing, and compressor maintenance. Capable ofidentifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex mechanical problems swiftly and effectively. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions during breakdowns or emergencies. Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to report unsafe machinery or behavior promptly.
