The successful candidate will manage recreational facilities, and ensure that all buildings, utilities, gym equipment, swimming pool systems, and other infrastructure remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically competent Facility Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our company facilities. Key Responsibilities: Promote a clean, safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for employees and visitors. Conduct regular inspections to identify faults, safety hazards, and maintenance requirements. Monitor pool water quality, filtration systems, pumps, chemical levels, and general pool hygiene. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations. Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, pool treatment, and facility inspections. Assist in preparing facility maintenance schedules and budgets. Coordinate routine servicing and maintenance of gym equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, weights, and other fitness equipment. Oversee the operation, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the swimming pool and related equipment. Monitor electrical, plumbing, water supply, power generation, air-conditioning, and other facility systems. Report facility issues and maintenance requirements: to management promptly. Ensure gym facilities are clean, safe, functional, and properly organized. Supervise the day-to-day operations of all Janitorial and gardening activities within the facility. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with technicians, contractors, and service providers. Ensure emergency and safety equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained. Qualifications and Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of gym equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements. Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water treatment, filtration systems, pumps, and pool safety. Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant experience: in facility management or maintenance supervision especially gym management and pool management. Professional certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, HSE, Pool Operations, or related fields will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Practical experience: in swimming pool and gym management is required. Excellent supervisory, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
