Key Responsibilities: Conduct periodic internal audits of financial, operational, and administrative processes within the real estate business. Review financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance. Assess internal control systems and identify areas of risk or weakness. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Prepare audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations. Follow up on audit findings to confirm corrective actions are implemented. Support management in fraud prevention and detection initiatives. Collaborate with departments to enhance processes and operational efficiency. Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit activities and evidence. Assist during external audits as required. Requirements: & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is an advantage.
