The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, coordinate projects with internal teams, and ensure the timely delivery Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Abuja, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements field work client relations Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after project delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable BBHH Media services. Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and follow up on approvals where required. Coordinate with the Creative, Marketing, Production, and Technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients. Handle client feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution. Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM or client database. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell the company's services. Support the Business Development team in nurturing leads and maintaining client relationships. Prepare client activity and relationship reports for management. Represent BBHH Media professionally at meetings, presentations, networking events, and client engagements when required. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
