Responsibilities: Assist with Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, measurement take-offs, interim valuations, variations, and tender submissions Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, variation orders, payment certificates, and project trackers Support the Senior Project Manager with correspondence, meetings, reports, procurement coordination, and site logistics Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor progress, compliance, and timely project execution Coordinate project activities, site visits, schedules, milestones, deliverables, payment timelines, and action points across multiple projects Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience: in Project Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial/Manufacturing projects Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling/tracking tools.
