The individual in this role will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and employee lifecycle administration. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and coordinating payroll and benefits information with relevant stakeholders. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, support learning and development initiatives, and provide guidance to managers and team members on HR best practices. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Kontz Engineering Limited’s values. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core people processes and support organizational objectives. Candidates should possess solid experience in HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure efficient administration and compliance with employment regulations. Candidates should possess proven capabilities in Employee Relations to address workplace issues, foster engagement, and promote a respectful, inclusive culture.
