The General Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the principal executive responsible for the overall management and operational performance of the Group. Authority The General Manager / Chief Operating Officer is authorized to direct the day-to-day operations of the Group, supervise Business Heads and Heads of Corporate Functions, implement approved business strategies, allocate operational resources, approve operational expenditure within delegated authority, and make management decisions necessary to achieve the Group's strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Identify growth opportunities, strategic partnerships and new business initiatives. Translate corporate strategy into measurable operational and commercial outcomes. Lead the execution of the Group's Strategic Growth and Investment Plan. Business & Operational Management: Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service excellence. Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Provide leadership and oversight to all business units and corporate functions. Ensure efficient coordination between operations, logistics and support services.
