Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality 3D models, animations, and environments using Blender . Build interactive and real-time experiences using Unreal Engine . Optimize 3D assets for performance without compromising quality. Create realistic lighting, textures, materials, and visual effects. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product teams to deliver project requirements. Interpret concepts and technical specifications into compelling visual designs. Troubleshoot rendering and asset optimization issues. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3–5+ years of professional experience in 3D design or visualization. Strong proficiency in Blender. Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine. Excellent understanding of modeling, sculpting, texturing, rigging, lighting, rendering, and animation. Experience creating optimized assets for real-time applications. Knowledge of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows and modern rendering pipelines. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have: Experience with CAD model conversion. Knowledge of Unity, Maya, or Cinema 4D. Experience working on simulation, digital twins, gaming, or immersive visualization projects.
