We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Data Officer to support production operations by accurately capturing and maintaining production data in the company's ERP system. Key Responsibilities: Record production orders, batch details, material consumption, finished goods, and wastage. Report ERP-related issues affecting production data entry to the IT team. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Accurately enter daily production data into the ERP system. Reconcile production data with inventory and warehouse records. Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve data discrepancies. Support inventory counts, production audits, and maintain organized production documentation. Verify production records and ensure timely posting of transactions. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience: in production data entry or production administration within a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Practical experience: using an ERP system for production transactions is mandatory. Good understanding of manufacturing and production workflows. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage. Salary N200,000 per month.
