Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Contract - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Akwa Ibom, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sourcing activities for junior, mid-level, and senior hospitality vacancies across Uyo and Eket. Source candidates via WhatsApp communities, Facebook job groups, local networks, NYSC channels, and hospitality associations. Build and maintain a database of credible sourcing channels and local institutions. Conduct initial candidate screening against approved job specifications. Coordinate virtual and physical interviews, assessment activities, and walk-in drives. Manage candidate communications, interview reminders, and ATS pipeline tracking. Maintain an active reserve pool of qualified candidates to manage drop-offs. Provide weekly progress reports and track key recruitment metrics.
