Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Insightsto provide strategic and technical leadership across M&E, data analysis, programme intelligence, and data quality. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify emerging programme risks, opportunities, and performance issues and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. Lead theM&E strategy and analytical agenda, including results frameworks, indicators, monitoring systems, outcome measurement, evaluation, and data quality. Translate analysis intoconcise, decision-focused insights, recommendations, reports, and presentationsfor senior leadership and funders. Analyse complex, multi-partner datasets to identifytrends, anomalies, performance gaps, risks, and their underlying drivers. Develop and maintain analytical, reporting, and data-quality standards and reusable tools/templates. Connect programme implementation, outputs, and outcomes to determine whether programmes and partners are on track and identify areas requiring intervention. Lead, mentor, and build the analytical capabilities of the Data Insights team. Provide technical direction and quality assurance todata analysts and data engineers, including data structures, pipelines, data quality, and analytical requirements. ApplyAI toolsto support analysis, synthesis, data quality, and reporting while independently validating all AI-assisted outputs. Personally query, validate, and interrogate datasets using appropriate analytical methods. Requirements: & Qualifications Proficiency inR, Stata, Python, or another statistical/analytical tool. Demonstrated ability to connect data findings toprogramme implementation and decision-making. StrongSQLskills, including the ability to write and review queries and work effectively with data engineers. Proficiency inExcel and Power BIor comparable BI/visualisation tools. Postgraduate qualification in M&E, Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field is an advantage. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience: working with complex, multi-partner datasets.
