Depot Representative Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND , OND Experience: 1 - 5 years Location Lagos Job Field Logistics Reports To: Logistics Lead Location: Free Zone, Ibeju – Lekki Job Responsibilities: Coordinate the dispatch of trucks loaded from third-party depots via the ERP system. Ensure timely loading and dispatch of trucks to prevent throughput delays and demurrage. Verify that all truck loading and dispatches are executed in line with approved daily pricing/rates on the ERP. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records on the ERP system. Prepare and circulate daily truck-out reports to relevant stakeholders. Conduct daily stock reconciliation with third-party depots and ensure alignment with ERP records. Participate in vessel discharge operations at the terminal to ensure accurate product receipt and documentation. Monitor and provide daily and weekly updates on vessel receipts into third-party depots. Ensure prompt issuance of waybills and accurate documentation for all dispatched trucks Maintain strict adherence to operational controls, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Requirement OND or higher qualification in Business Administration, Transport management or a related field is an added advantage. Experience: in Oil & Gas depot representative role is an advantage Relevant administrative certification is an advantage. Minimum of 1 year administrative experience, preferably in haulage, logistics operations or fleet management Team-oriented with good reporting discipline.
