Convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales/orders. Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer needs. Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation. Follow up on pending inquiries and potential leads. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases. Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service. Experience in food, retail, or similar industries will be an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales ability and closing skills. Customer-focused with a warm and professional approach. Good product presentation and persuasion skills. Close attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic digital skills, including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and CRM tools (Zoho CRM is an advantage). Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
