Monitor liquidity and cash positions across the business. Support treasury operations and fund movements. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. Prepare treasury, liquidity, and reconciliation reports. Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing. Requirement: 1–4 years of relevant experience: in accounting, finance operations, or treasury within a fintech, microfinance bank, commercial bank, or other financial institution. Strong experience: reconciling bank accounts, wallets, settlement accounts, and general ledger balances. Proven ability to monitor cash positions, track liquidity needs, prepare cash flow reports, and support funding decisions. Strong commitment to accuracy, with the ability to resolve discrepancies and comply with internal controls and regulatory policies.
