Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Human Resources Manager to support the execution of both strategic and operational HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Workforce Planning: Review organizational structures and workforce requirements: to support business growth. Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement the Company's manpower plan. Performance Management: Manage the Performance Management System on SeamlessHR. Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance management process. Facilitate departmental and individual KPI development and cascading. Compensation, Benefits: & Payroll: Support salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and benefits: administration. Coordinate monthly payroll processing and statutory remittances. Manage employee leave administration and related allowances. Learning & Development: Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Coordinate implementation of training programmes and evaluate training effectiveness. Develop the Annual Training Plan and Training Budget. Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations: Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes. Conduct exit interviews and coordinate employee exit processes. Coordinate recruitment activities from manpower requisition to onboarding. HR Operations & Compliance: Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations (Pension, NSITF, ITF, etc.). Administer the Company's HRIS (SeamlessHR). Requirements: CIPM certification is mandatory. Prior experience: in the Oil & Gas or Energy industry is highly desirable. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage. Minimum of 8–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. SHRM-SCP, SPHRi or other relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
