The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, strengthening referral networks, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing significantly to the growth and revenue objectives of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare periodic marketing reports highlighting leads generated, conversions, partnerships, revenue contributions, and other key performance indicators. Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to increase patient volume and hospital revenue. Identify and establish relationships with corporate organizations, HMOs, clinics, pharmacies, medical practitioners, and other healthcare stakeholders. Follow up on leads, referrals, corporate accounts, and prospective partnerships to ensure conversion. Coordinate corporate visits, health outreach programmes, medical campaigns, and other business development activities. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and healthcare market trends. Generate new business opportunities and build sustainable referral networks for the hospital. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Meet and consistently exceed agreed marketing, patient acquisition, partnership, and revenue targets. Promote the hospital’s healthcare services, facilities, specialties, and value propositions to prospective clients and partners. Work closely with the Client Care, Care, Billing, Pharmacy, and Management Teams to improve patient experience: and business outcomes. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience: in hospital/healthcare marketing, business development, or a related role. Strong sales and business development orientation with the ability to work independently and meet set targets. HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, confidence, and a strong results-oriented mindset. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of hospital operations and service offerings. Good knowledge of the Lagos healthcare market and existing professional networks will be an added advantage. Demonstrable ability to generate leads, acquire clients, develop partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
