We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Officer Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Hybrid ( 2 days on site and 3 days remote) Industry: E-commerce (Home appliances, Solars & Phones) Report to: Head, Business Development & Operations Job Summary They are looking for result-driven Direct Sales Agents to expand our merchant network and drive customer acquisition. Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with assigned merchants to ensure retention. Meet and exceed monthly sales and activation targets. Promote Paytro’s e-commerce and payment services to potential customers. Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify and onboard new merchants (retailers, SMEs, etc.) onto the Paytro platform. Keep accurate records of sales activities using provided tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets). Participate in weekly virtual team meetings if the need arises Requirements: 1–3 years of proven sales or direct marketing experience: (e-commerce, fintech) Basic digital literacy (use of WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, etc.). Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Goal-oriented and resilient.
