We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Cosmetic Product Development & Business Manager Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Product Development & Business Manager to lead the development and commercialization of cosmetic products from concept to market. The ideal candidate will combine cosmetic formulation expertise with strong project management, business strategy, and commercial acumen to develop innovative products, drive departmental growth, and identify new revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research on cosmetic trends, ingredients, and market opportunities. Present project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to management. Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Lead cosmetic product development from formulation to commercial launch. Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and regulatory stakeholders. Support product pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities. Develop business strategies to grow the Cosmetics Department and identify new revenue-generating opportunities, including consulting, formulation services, contract manufacturing, product licensing, and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, and industry standards. Requirements: Strong business strategy, commercial planning, and revenue generation skills. Proven experience: managing products from concept to commercial launch. Cosmetics manufacturing experience: is highly preferred.
