The role will design and deliver impactful learning solutions, manage learning systems and providers, generate insights from learning data, and position L&D as a strategic business enabler. Key Responsibilities: Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis: Develop and implement an organisation-wide learning plan aligned with business strategy, talent priorities, and identified capability needs. Partner with business leaders, HR, managers, and employees to identify current and future learning and capability requirements. Learning Content Design & Development: Design, develop, curate, and continuously improve learning content, programmes, tools, and resources. Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate organisational knowledge and expertise into effective learning content. Learning Delivery & Facilitation: Facilitate engaging learning workshops, training sessions, and other development interventions across the organisation.. LMS Administration: Manage and continuously improve the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), including learning administration, records, reporting, and user engagement. External Provider & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, engage, and manage external L&D providers, facilitators, consultants, and learning partners. Ensure external learning solutions are relevant, high quality, cost-effective, and aligned with organisational needs. Learning Evaluation & Data Analysis: Establish effective mechanisms for gathering learner feedback and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of learning interventions. Analyse learning data and feedback to identify trends, insights, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide regular L&D reports and insights to inform business and people decisions. Talent Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Contribute L&D insights and recommendations to talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and broader talent plans. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and position L&D as a trusted strategic partner and recognised business enabler. Culture & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous learning and proactively identify opportunities where L&D can improve organisational capability and performance. Leadership & Management Development: Support the design and delivery of leadership and management development initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related discipline. Relevant experience: in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, or a similar role. Experience: in learning design, content development, facilitation, LMS administration, and learning evaluation. Experience: working with internal SMEs and external learning providers. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, facilitation, and project management skills. Exposure to leadership development and talent management is an advantage.
