Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and client requirements. Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Strong knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines (well cementing, electrical, drilling, construction, etc.). Proficiency in engineering software. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage technical teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships across departments.
