This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine digital marketing expertise with traditional marketing strategies to deliver measurable results. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage digital platforms, including social media, website, search marketing, online advertising, and messaging platforms. Coordinate field marketing activities, promotional events, customer activations, and market research initiatives. Partner closely with the sales team to drive lead generation and execute revenue-focused marketing campaigns. Develop marketing collateral and promotional materials that support business development efforts. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders. Prepare and manage marketing budgets while ensuring optimal return on investment. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new market opportunities. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least 4 years' experience in a marketing role with exposure to both digital and offline marketing. Proven success in planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns. Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
