Key Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Identify replenishment needs and prepare purchase requests/orders. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies. Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation for purchases, deliveries, and stock movements. Work closely with relevant departments to forecast inventory and procurement needs. Requirements: HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience: in inventory management or procurement, in a pharmacy is an added advantage.
