We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Manager (Restaurant) Locations: Lagos Island, Ajah, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Prime responsibilities: and duties Ensures that products are available on time and properly merchandised. Motivates staff and ensures that staff completes assigned tasks. Liaises with procurement officer/storekeeper to ensure that raw materials are available for production. Ensures that the entire restaurant is professionally cleaned, Supervises staff to ensure compliance to set standards and policies. Attends to customer complaints and gets feedback from customers about their dining experience. Ensure accurate stock counts and controls product wastages. Ensures that sales budgets are achieved. Ensures that customers are well served and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Develops initiatives to increase sales, profitability and increase customer counts. equipment’s well maintained, and dining ambience is conducive for customers. Ensures that products are produced according to specified recipes and are checked for quality before being displayed for sales. Control day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies & developing the restaurant team Ensures that staff are properly scheduled and positioned in respective departments according to skill set Coordinates deliveries and bulk orders to ensure customers are satisfied. Ensures that staff are appropriately dressed, comply with specified dress code and maintain high level of personal hygiene. Ensures that all sales transactions are duly entered into the cash registers, cash is accurately remitted to the accountant and sales analysis is compiled at the close of business.
