You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Management to design Amazon product listings, Premium A+ Content, website and landing pages, product packaging, labels, and other marketing materials across our brands. We're looking for someone who has a good eye for design, understands e-commerce, takes ownership of their work, and can consistently deliver high-quality designs while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality creative work that strengthens our brands, enhances the customer experience, and supports business growth. Responsibilities: Product Packaging & Label Design: You'll be responsible for creating premium packaging and label designs that reflect the quality of our products and strengthen our brand identity. You'll work closely with product managerteams to refine concepts, implement feedback, and maintain consistency across our product range. From initial concepts through to production-ready artwork, you'll ensure every design is visually compelling, technically accurate, follow compliance,and ready for manufacture. Amazon Product Listings: Rather than simply producing attractive graphics, you'll create visuals that explain the product, answer customer questions, highlight key benefits, overcome objections, and help customers make confident purchasing decisions. You'll take ownership of the creative development of our Amazon product listings, ensuring every image serves a clear purpose. From the main image through to the final infographic, every asset should contribute to a stronger customer experience: and support improved conversion rates. You'll also ensure all listing creatives comply with Amazon's requirements: while maintaining a consistent brand identity across our product catalogue. Amazon A+ Content: You'll work closely with Product Managers to translate product features, customer insights, and market research into engaging visual content that supports both the customer journey and the overall positioning of each product. You'll design premium A+ Content that strengthens our brand and helps customers better understand our products. This goes beyond arranging images and text, you'll be expected to create layouts that guide the customer through the product story, communicate key information clearly, and reinforce why our products deserve their trust. Website Design & Optimisation: You'll also identify opportunities to improve existing pages, ensuring our websites remain visually consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with current e-commerce best practices. Whether designing a product page, landing page, homepage banner, or promotional campaign, your work should balance aesthetics with functionality, making it easier for customers to find information, engage with our content, and complete a purchase. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual experience: across our e-commerce websites. Marketing & Brand Creative: Every design should be produced with a clear objective in mind, whether that's increasing awareness, driving traffic, supporting a product launch, or improving engagement. We're looking for someone who understands that effective design isn't just about creativity, it's about communication and results. You'll design creative assets that support product launches, promotional campaigns, website updates, email marketing, paid advertising, and other brand initiatives. Product Mock-ups & Visual Assets: You'll create realistic product mock-ups and presentation assets that accurately represent our products across Amazon, our websites, marketing campaigns, and internal presentations. Your work should help customers visualise our products before purchase while providing internal teams with high-quality creative assets that support business decisions and product launches. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll be expected to manage multiple taskssimultaneously, prioritise effectively, communicate proactively, and maintain high standards even when working under pressure. Design doesn't happen in isolation. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing throughout the product development process, contributing ideas, interpreting creative briefs, providing design solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time without compromising quality. Creative Ownership & Quality Assurance: We're looking for someone who takes genuine ownership of their work. We value designers who are proactive, detail-oriented, and constantly looking for better ways to communicate, present, and strengthen our brands through thoughtful design. Before any design is published, you'll be expected to review it thoroughly for accuracy, consistency, alignment with our brand guidelines, and overall quality. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, making improvements where necessary, and continually looking for ways to raise the standard of our creative output. Requirements: A willingness to receive feedback, continuously improve, and adapt to new tools, technologies, and design trends. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Proven experience: creating Product Listings and A+ Content. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree A minimum of 3 years' professional experience: as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce business or agency. Previous experience: working with Amazon FBA brands or consumer product brands will be a strong advantage. The ability to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into clear, engaging, and commercially effective designs. Experience: using Blender or other 3D rendering software is an added advantage. Strong experience: designing websites, landing pages, and other digital assets, with a good understanding of user experience: and conversion-focused design.
