Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage engineering strategies for projects. Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering teams. Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers. Manage engineering deliverables, manhours and design schedules. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities. Support procurement through timely engineering deliverables. Provide engineering solutions for critical project activities. Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization. Manage Client engineering stakeholders. Develop engineering plans and team training needs. Conduct site visits for data collection and project feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil/Structural Engineering preferred. COREN Registration is mandatory.
