We are looking for a Regional Manager to drive business growth, lead teams, manage operations, and achieve performance targets across the Region. If you have what it takes to drive growth and lead a high-performing regional team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement. Monitor performance and take corrective actions where necessary. Conduct regular store visits and ensure operational compliance. Prepare regular performance reports. Work with other departments to achieve business objectives. Coach and develop team members. Drive sales, business growth, and channel development. Manage business risks and ensure company policies are followed. Lead and manage regional teams for strong performance. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience: in Sales, Business Development, Operations, mobile phone financing/mobile phone sales and supervisory role. Must be willing to travel extensively across the Region. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve targets.
