Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation. Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure value for money. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to avoid stock shortages. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Resolve supplier issues related to quality, pricing, or delivery. Work closely with other departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.
