Provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused end-user support—both onsite and remotely. Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing. Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Support cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure). Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use. Install, configure, and support hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones) and software applications. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other identity management systems.
