We are seeking an experienced Cosmetic Product Development & Business Manager to lead the development and commercialization of cosmetic products from concept to market. Key Responsibilities: Develop business strategies to grow the Cosmetics Department and identify new revenue-generating opportunities, including consulting, formulation services, contract manufacturing, product licensing, and strategic partnerships. Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and regulatory stakeholders. Lead cosmetic product development from formulation to commercial launch. Support product pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market activities. Present project updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to management. Conduct research on cosmetic trends, ingredients, and market opportunities. Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, GMP, and industry standards. Requirements: Strong knowledge of cosmetic formulation, ingredient science, NAFDAC registration, and GMP. Cosmetics manufacturing experience: is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities beyond routine project execution. 5–6 years' experience: in cosmetic product development or manufacturing. Strong business strategy, commercial planning, and revenue generation skills. Proven experience: managing products from concept to commercial launch.
