Fosters positive relationships with existing and potential investors, providing timely and accurate information to support investment decision-making, and organizes and supports the annual meeting. Ensures employees have a sales-first orientation and drives the overall business development budget of the firm. The Investor Relations Lead will be responsible for serving as the connective link between the company and the investment community, shaping how the market understands its story, their numbers, and growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating quarterly earnings calls and supporting the ongoing communications activities of the firm with shareholders and sell-side research analysts. Key Responsibilities: Develop tailored communication strategies for institutional investors. Timely revision of all frameworks/policies annually based on the previous year's learnings. Draft documents including press releases, presentations, and annual reports for investors. Understand the requirements: and objectives of the J10 policy. Execute investor relations activities to enhance transparency and trust among investors. Obtain approvals and implement policies to support informed decision-making. Obtain approvals and oversee the execution of external relations initiatives. Obtain necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the adoption of the "sales first" culture and provide guidance as needed. Ensure all frameworks/policies have milestones and measurable KPIs, achieved within one year of resumption and renewable every year afterward. Obtain approvals and implement initiatives to enhance relationships with institutional investors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop frameworks for assessing economic indicators and their impact on the organization. Draft external communications and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop an implementation plan and timeline. Develop comprehensive investor relations strategies and communication plans. Promote a culture of prioritizing sales and revenue generation across the organization. Develop training programs and initiatives to instill a sales-focused mindset. Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts. Develop strategies for managing relationships with external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Execute the J10 policy in alignment with board directives and organizational goals, within the first year of engagement. Requirements: Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, with the ability to provide insights into market trends and investor behavior. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in reporting. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends; ability to analyze financial statements and interpret complex financial data. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information and create compelling presentations and reports. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations for investor relations. 8-12+ years of proven experience: in investor relations, research, financial analysis, or related roles within the financial services industry. Advanced degree or professional certification. BSc in Finance, Business, or a related field.
