Job Responsibilities: Prepare regular inventory reports and identify stock discrepancies. Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and stock audits. Monitor expiry dates, damaged stock, and slow-moving products. Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for pharmaceutical products. Track stock movement, transfers, and adjustments. Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products. Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock management. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Requirements: Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience: as an Inventory Officer or in a similar role. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical, organisational, and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
